Disclosed = the company stated the date; estimated = derived from registered trial timelines.
Our calendar separates the two tiers and labels every row. Disclosed dates (PDUFA assignments, announced AdComs) carry the verbatim filing sentence as provenance. Estimated readout windows are rule-derived from ClinicalTrials.gov primary completion dates and can slip.
Blending the two — as many free calendars do — is how you end up trading a guess as if it were guidance.
