What is Priority Review?
A 6-month FDA review clock instead of the standard 10 months.
Priority Review is assigned at acceptance for drugs that would represent a significant improvement in safety or effectiveness. It halves the review clock, which is why a Priority Review voucher or designation moves PDUFA expectations.
Standard review: 10 months from the 60-day filing acceptance. Priority: 6 months.
