What is a rolling submission?
Filing a drug application in sections as data completes, instead of all at once.
Rolling submission (available under Fast Track and BTD) lets sponsors submit completed modules early, starting the review clock sooner. It is a common tell that a company is managing its PDUFA timing deliberately.
