Where BiotechReadouts’s data comes from and what you may do with it.

Sources

All source data is ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA and US SEC filings. These are public records. Our contribution is the collection, normalisation, deduplication, point-in-time warehousing, and provenance linking — not the underlying facts.

Personal / free use

You may use the site and a free API key for personal research, including building models and charts that cite the data back to its source.

Redistribution & commercial use

Reselling the data wholesale, or republishing it as a competing data feed, requires a paid redistribution license (an enterprise/API tier). Using the data internally inside a product that is not itself a data feed is permitted on paid tiers. When you publish a figure, link it to the source filing or exchange record the site provides.

No warranty

The data is provided “as is.” Exchange names and ticker symbols are the property of their owners; BiotechReadouts is independent and not endorsed by any exchange or regulator.
