These terms govern your use of BiotechReadouts (biotechreadouts.com), its API, and any paid subscription. By creating an account or calling the API you accept them.

The service

BiotechReadouts is a data product. It aggregates ClinicalTrials.gov, openFDA and US SEC filings, normalises it, and publishes it as a reference site and an API. It is not investment advice and the people behind it are not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

Data is provided “as is”

Source data is published by third parties (US regulators, exchanges) and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We normalise and deduplicate it in good faith, but every number on the site links to its underlying source so you can verify it. You use the data at your own risk.

Accounts, payments & cancellation

A free tier is available without payment. Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and access continues to the end of the paid period. API keys are credentials — keep them secret; you are responsible for usage on your key.

Acceptable use

Don’t resell or redistribute raw data beyond the entitlement of your tier (see the Data License page), don’t attempt to identify individuals from non-identifying data, and don’t overload or scrape the infrastructure. Rate limits are enforced per key and returned on every response.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiotechReadouts is provided without warranty of any kind, and its operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
